SG350X crashing

Hello,

Anyone seen this? Is it a known issue?

We've got a stack of 4 - SG350X-48MP's

All are running 2.5.0.90 firmware. We've seen this twice in the past few weeks. Switch panics, 
reboots the whole stack.

Error below and sh tech is attached.

 - If applicable , upgrade firmware and check if the problem is persistent.

I’m at the latest version no?
Is there a new version than .50 somewhere?


 

 - You will need to check the cisco software downloads for this , if no more recent version is available you need to open a ticket at CISCO TAC.

Hi,

 

You might consider resetting the switch and reconfiguring it after taking the backup of the existing configuration.

 

The firmware is already the latest one. Hence, firmware doesn't seem to be an issue here.

In case that doesn't work, you may need to process the replacement for the mentioned switch. Please open a service request with us following the below mentioned link to assist you regarding this issue…
