SG350XG-2F10-K9-EU - 10 x 10GE copper + 2 x 10GE SFP+

Hi,

We have two HBA with SFP+ DAC (Mellanox ConnectX-3) we would like to connect to SG350XG, at the same time of other RJ45 10GE ports.

Are the SG350XG's two SFP+ stack ports usable as standard 10GE network port if you don't need stack?
Any limitation ?

Thank You.

Ben

I dont personally use these switches but you should be able to use them as per the admin doc

http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/csbms/350xg/quick_start/guide/en-US/350XG-QSG-en-US.pdf

Stacking the Cisco 350XG Switches

Before configuring the switches as a stack, refer to the Cisco 350XG

Series 10G Stackable Managed Switches Administration Guide for

additional details. Refer to the front panel graphics in Cisco 350XG

Switches Features to help with the stack port descriptions and supported

modules.

By default the ports on a switch function as regular Ethernet ports except if

you configure them to do stacking. You cannot mix the stack speeds

between the switches or ports.

Thank You Mark.

Does the stacking cable comes with the box? or you need to buy it separately?
