Hello: i have a group of devices with static ips. I would like the switch to allow communication between the devices but not allow them access outside the switch with the rest of the network. Does anyone know the gui or cli commands to make this work?

you can create ACL depending on the requirement, is this a Layer 2 switch or Layer 3?

No routing in use on these switches.

Hi, 

you can easily use VLANs. create some VLAN and assign that to relevant ports which connects set of devices. beyond that VLAN, devices will not communicate unless you enable routing. if routing is need to be enabled, you can use access list to control traffic.
