SG500-52P POE Ports no longer working after reboot.

I have two stacked SG500-52P units. These units were power cycled last night due to our UPS becoming exhausted after an extended power failure. Since coming back up a certain bank of port (7-12, 31-36) have been having POE issue. They will show large amounts of Invalid Signature Counter and/or Denied Counters.  This is the second switch in the stack.

Way under power budget only using 110W on this switch.

My concern is that the switch is now just "flakey" and cannot be trusted unless there is some known issue? I see similar posts on here about this same issue so maybe there is a firmware upgrade? I am running 1.4.9.4.

Hi James,

It sounds like there may be an issue with the PoE delivery on these ports. Can you please open a ticket so we can investigate and let you know the next steps?

I tried, but they refused to open a ticket since the units are out of warranty? I will try again.
