Hello, I have the following problem with my SG500X switch.
It is stuck in a boot loop and does not respond to "Enter or ESC" in the console
Here is a picture of the bug
I have already tested various proposed solutions, including this one.
Unfortunately, that doesn't help me any further

What can I do?

Try to reset Facotry, if still has the same issue, raise a TAC case for RMA.

Thanks for the answer, but I've already tried that.
It does not respond to the "hardware key"
Furthermore, "Enter or ESC" does not interrupt the boot process in the terminal

Hi,
according to below link, it seems like HW error (can be different in your case) and better contact TAC.

Unfortunately, I was unable to come up with a usable solution with support.
What I have now managed to do is that the switch now accepts commands via the console. I can choose from items 1 to 7
[1] Download Software
[2] Erase Flash File
[3] Password Recovery Procedure
[4] Set Terminal Baud-Rate
[5] Stack menu
[6] System Mode menu
[7] Back
Unfortunately there is no factory reset to choose from here.
