Latest firmware (1.0.1.1) seems to still have bug where RMON statistics are incorrect due to 802.1q tagged frames getting counted as errors (Oversize Packets) if the 4 byte tag added to frame pushes it over 1518 bytes...
This bug breaks any accounting/monitoring that relies on accurate packets received (bytes received) amounts as these "Oversize Packets" don't get counted although switch does forward these frames (as it should since they're valid frames).
This has been observed on SG220-26 on 1.0.0.19 and 1.0.1.1 firmware versions. Likely affects all Sx220 series switches since firmware is same...
SG200 and SG300 series switches don't exhibit this issue....

I tried contacting support to open bug, but ended up just wasting lot of time for nothing. Short version being that they wanted copy of the invoice, but then wouldn't accept one from Amazon (as it didn't contain serial number or something...). I see point validating active support, but would have thought one could file bug reports regardless...
It's new switch and I'm still within the 30 day return window, so I guess I'll just send this switch back to seller for refund and go with something else...
