We have problems with MGBSX1 when connect to SG500X switches , need configuration adittional ?? or only plug and play ?

The SFP-10G-LRM= is compatible for connect between WS-C2960S-24TD-L with SG500X ??

Thank you for reaching Cisco Small Business Support Community.

Based on the SG500 datasheet I can tell that the MGBSX1, over single mode fiber, max speed 1000 Mbps, max distance 10Km is a supported SFP/SFP+ module, plug and play, and since the SFP-10G-LRM= is listed as supported on both the 2960S switch (minimum IOS 12.2(53)SE1) and the SG500 (single mode, 10GB speed, 40Km max distance) datasheets, I'd say you can use it on your scenario with no problem.

When you say you have problems with this topology scenario, what is the actual problem you face?
