Which port?

I have a SG200-26P.  I have the most simple question imaginable, but it's not answered anywhere that I can find.  Here goes:

There are 24 "regular" ports on the switch.

In addition to the 24 ports there is a second set of 4 ports to the right of the 24 ports.

One of those is labeled "Link/Act  Gigabit"  Is that one the port into which the incoming internet signal should be attached?

OR does the incoming internet signal simply go into one of the 24 regular ports.

They seem to both work.

And if neither of those is correct, does the incoming internet signal get plugged into one of the other 4 ports at the right?

4 Ports are Uplink ports, you can use how ever you want to, if you like to use for Internet or WAN or ISP.
