Posting
The 3750 series is a bit "infamous" for lack of port buffer resources causing egress drops. However, depending how other ports and/or QoS are being used, buffer tuning and deactivation of QoS might (even totally) mitigate.
That said, unless your SAN is FC, there are other switches that might be suitable such as the 4500, 4900, 6500 and 6800 series.
