Solved: 1811w went into romon

Hi all,

After restarting the 1811w went into romon.

i try the xmodem command it shows

rommon 2 > xmodem -c c181x-adventerprisek9-mz.151-4.M6

Do not start the sending program yet...

dir: cannot open device "flash:"

ERR: Not enough memory to download image

is there any command that can erase ios from flash when in romon mode?

The IOS you intended to use cannot boot because the IOS requires more DRAM/Flash than what your router has.

is there any command  that can erase ios from flash when in romon mode?

Command: del flash:filename.extension

Hi Leo,

Thanks for help.

Seems Compact flash card in front of router pop up for some reason it put the card back and router booted the ios.

Before this i try so many different things but it was not booting from flash as router was not seeing the flash.

Sometimes small things cause big issues
