2960 DAI process high

I facing problem CPU load high in my 2960 switch. when check CPU load detail of my switch, found DAI process consume the most. I did restarted my switch but still same. when I do Wireshark packet capture, found a lot of ARP request to broadcast IP. Any people have any idea on this?

Hi,

according to captures, your one of PC (10.30.2.159) is sending too many broadcasting messages. better isolate that PC and find the status. and below thread will help you to look at issue in different way.

Hi KB,

Thanks for the reply, basically it's not only come from single device, we found that there is many device getting same this kind result when doing packet capture in same switch. I don't think all these device having problem and broadcasting messages suddenly. Please see attached picture for more info. Appreciate your feedback on this.
