I have problems to factory reset a 2960CX switch.

I need to know the procedure to reset the configuration with the mode button.

Thank you everyone!!

You may want to do password recovery by holding on the mode button for 3 secs at the time of boot

Thank you very much!!

The password recovery procedure works for me.

Note: In 2960CX switches, you need to hold down the mode button located on the left side of the front panel, while you reconnect the power cable to the switch and wait until this lines apper:
The password-recovery mechanism is enabled.
USB EHCI 1.00
USB EHCI 1.00
USB Console INIT

Now, you can release the button and iniciate the password recovery

The system has been interrupted prior to initializing the
flash filesystem. The following commands will initialize
the flash filesystem, and finish loading the operating
system software:

flash_init
boot

switch:

Thank you for the response.

I don´t have privilege access to the switch because i lost the password. when the mode button is pressed for 10 seconds a console message appear:
%EXPRESS_SETUP-6-MODE_BUTTON_RESET_IGNORED: mode button pressed for more than 10Sec and startup config is present hence not reloading.
All system light flash in this moment.
