upgraded a bunch of switches to the latest recommended IOS version of c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-7.E9bin and out of 4000 switches upgraded, 20 are reporting faulty POE ports with the below errors, in most cases there is nothing plugged in to these ports, and moving a POE device to it like a phone or AP confirms they are actually broken, we have done every possible troubleshooting step possible, from power cycling, powering off for extended amount of time, downgrade to the previous code of 15.0(2a)EX5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3), we shut no shut, defaulted the interface, played with power inline settings on the port, nothing you do fixes it, and it appears the RMA is the only option here. Is this a documented bug of some sort, or any other advice you would have:

even you downgraded still the same issue, sure the post is ok,
The output shows only 18-24 faulty, how about 1-18 ? is that works ?
Raise an TAC case for RMA ( also worth check all 20 switches broken same VID and batch of same SN )
