2960X IOS upgrade Issues

Hello All,

We are upgrading IOS of 2960X switches in our network. The IOS has been upgraded from 15.2 to 15.2(7)E4.

The upgradation is being failed when we try to upgrade the IOS of the devices with version ID - 01 and 03.

Could you please suggest or recommend a solution to upgrade the IOS successfully.

I have never heard of a malarkey like this.

If the upgrade failed, what is/are the error message(s).

The switch resides in the loading state and no change after that.

Post the entire failed boot-up process.

Raise a TAC Case and organize for an RMA.

V01 and V02 hardware release as per i know, so it should not effect your upgrade process. as suggested, can you post ugrade process where it failed to understand and suggestion can be made accordingly.
