2960X Switch keeps reloading

Experts I seem to be getting this error off this switch.

Error: ASIC/PHY POST. Cannot Continue

% Software-Force reload

Please find attached the image of the error am getting of the switch. It keeps reloading i will collect the crash report but please assist with this first.

Hi,

Most likely a software bug that is causing the IOS to crash and reboot.

Upgrade to a different version and test again.
