350X Series Stackable Managed Switches and stack switch : Difference ?

Hi Team , 

What is the difference between 

Cisco 350X Series Stackable Managed Switches   and  Cisco Catalyst 3560-G48PS  ?

350X (i take SG350X) - this smart business switch (it can not more of the enterprise level switch - in certain level what Cisco Catalyst can do )

Cisco Catalyst 3560-G48PS  - enterprise level switch have more feature than small business switches.

it all depends on use case requirement.

Cisco Catalyst 3560-G48PS  - this is end of life model. (more than 4 years i guess)
