3560 switch false SNMP alarms

Hi 

Multiple SNMP platforms report power supply failure . However CLI show command output does not report any fault.

Khi_switch - Fault with Power Supply

Switch

Khi_switch  #show env all

FAN 1 is OK

FAN 2 is OK

FAN PS-1 is OK

FAN PS-2 is OK

SYSTEM TEMPERATURE is OK

System Temperature Value: 31 Degree Celsius

System Temperature State: GREEN

Yellow Threshold : 46 Degree Celsius

Red Threshold : 60 Degree Celsius

Please help how can be troubleshoot.

Hi,

What version are you running on the switches?

From how many switches are you receiving alarms?

Are they all running the same version?

Do you see anything related in the switch logs?

Are these error messages seen continuosly seen on SNMP or they just appeared once and now ok?

If it was just once, then it probably was a power glitch that reported the same.

If it not once, then how is the device behaving as a whole? Is there any performance degradation or something alarming about the device?
