Hi All
We face some situation with the Catalyst 3560X Switch. In our site, some of the 3560X switches totally down after running just few days.
We can see the power supply got AC OK, PS OK and FAN is running. But the console LED is down and the switch is totally not working. How can we check the situation like that? Thanks a lot for your reading and all reply will be really appreciate.

Hello Piconet,
You may try to reload the switch with console connected and see whether you are getting any messages. If the switch reloads, you may check any crash info in the flash using 'dir flash:'
If the switch is not booting at all, you shall proceed for RMA

Hello Harish,
Just now I tried as your advice, connect with console cable, reboot the swich, wait and see the console window. Unfortunately, there is nothing on the console window. Anyway, thanks a lot for your fast response.

Hello, did you got any official answer about your switch?
We got two 3560-X manufactured at 2012-08-26 and one is died like yours (dead after 5 days running), psu/fan ok but the switch is not working.
What is your switch status?
