3650 switch stack

what does "*" mean in below output? how to find switch number of the switch where my console cable is connected to?

Hi;
"*" means your console is connected to Switch-1 which one is Active/Master switch in you stack.

hi,
it simply means it's the active/master switch of the stack.
since priority are both 1 (which is the default), the elected active switch is the one who got booted first.
to my knowledge, there's no show commands indicating where your console cable is connected.
you'll have to physically check which switch it's connected.
