Since I can't find any documentation for a 3650G specifically, i'm going to say its not much different than what the 3650 series provides, maybe minor hardware differences. See reference.

Thank you.  I'm thinking the difference is the "G" model has all 48 (or 24) ports that go 10/100/1000 and the non- G model has all 10/100 ports except for the 4 GBIC ports, but I'm not certain.

IF you are referring to the 3560 model, then yes you are correct on the port speeds.

Thank you!

Yup, "G" for gig copper ports.

There is NO SUCH THING as a "3650G".

Sorry, I must be dyslexic today...I should have type 3560 vs 3560G.

The main difference is just the amount of GigabitEthernet ports and SFP ports.

I haven't played with 3560/3560G for some time but I believe the flash size is also a difference (16 mb vs 32 mb).  May not sound much but the "G" can load IOS versions 12.2(58)SE  & 15.X but the non-"G" will only load IOS version up to 12.2(55)SE.

I believe the buffer size is the same.
