So I was getting ready to list my old router (a fully loaded 3745, 512mb ram, 2x 128mb flash, 2x VPN-AIM's, a NM-1GE, dual powersupplies and dual inline powersupplies) on ebay so I figured I need to get a show ver so I need to boot it.
well first I cleaned all the dust out of it (been a few months since I upgraded to a 3845) and the 3745 had been working fine when I pulled it out and swapped it.
well now the 3745 is crashing on boot attached is the crash dump
it has the latest Rommon and latest IOS that were made for it
please help

Eject all your network modules, particularly your Serial Interface card.
Crashinfo is saying that a "Serial0/0" is causing the crash.
Can you also make sure the DRAM is properly seated?

Well thats an odd thing then.
on the first boot I has a T1 wic but I pulled it out and there was no change
I'll go pull the other flash card and see if it has a hopefully more useful crash dump
only other module is a NM-1GE
I'll pull that out. (though I hope that's not the cause)

CPU signal 22
By the way, this error message does NOT bode well. It normally means it's a hardware fault.

Well I do have a spare MB, though that might hurt the intended sale (was planning to sale the following
1x Fully loaded 3745 (as mentioned above)
1x Powersupplyless 3745 (spare parts)
1x 2651
and 2x 2924M-XL
ok heres another crash dump
I think its a diff one but a little unsure as with the clock not set the time stamps all match, so I've now cleared the dumps from teh CF cards and will give it another try in a min

well pulled the NM-1GE and it booted
thought deleting the config from the CF cards has erased the config but still had to do write erase
Going to try putting the NM-1GE back in

Ok re inserted the NM-1GE and its still working
guess maybe it was a little loose or something.

Thanks for the help (I think I'm going to toss the T1 card, it came with my 3845 but I never had a use for it just though I'd toss it with the 3745 as a little extra)
btw heres the sh ver

Thanks for taking the time to rate our posts.
I'm happy to see you've got the router going. NM-1GE, wow. I've never seen that model for a long, long time. Should've donated it to the museum.
That and the 2924M.

Well I had gotten the NM-1GE back when I upgraded to a docsis3 modem I also had 3x NME-16ES-1G-P's in it when I used it (I've since moved the etherswitches to my 3845)
really wish cisco had a Docsis3 Hwic, even if only to have some SNMP monitoring of the RF stats (currently I have a web page that scrapes the RF stats off the modem so that PRTG can fetch the data in a format it likes)
so the NM-1GE gave the 3745 a gig link to the modem and the NME-16ES-1G-P did intervlan routing and a gig link to my 2960G
