3850 software upgrade

my switch came with cat3k_caa-base.SPA.03.06.10E.pkg can i use

would like to be able to use web gui with chrome or new edge. and have latest

As of now cisco still suggests 16.9.5 MD suggested 5Sart. yes it got GUI. ( you need to configure)

WARNING: 

Particularly with 3650/3850, I would NOT recommend 16.9.X train -- Go with either the latest 16.6.X or 16.12.X and avoid 16.9.X.  

You can go direct from 3.6.X to 16.X.X straight.  Be reminded that going from 3.6.X to 16.X.X is a major firmware upgrade.  This means there will be a micro-code upgrade and this process will take around 22 minutes.  

Most importantly, read the Release Notes properly.
