Hi there,
Recently we had issues with C3850-48T. This switch is stacked and works fine. But sometimes it goes to reboot state.
I saw the crashinfo file but didn't find any thing suspicious and I don't know that what does it mean when no crash reason is listed in crashinfo. Does it mean that is because of power failure? It's dual power and power stacked and no other device in the same rack rebooted.
It happens once every few months.
So I need your help and related experience.
Please let me know if any other information is required.
Crashinfo is attached bellow.

The switch is on 16.6.1. I'd say it is this.
Upgrade to the latest 16.6.X and stay there -- Do not be tempted to upgrade to 16.9.X or 16.12.X.

Login via SSH or console. Type "show version". Near the uptime there's a section for "last reset reason". What does that say? may be issues like this it's caused by power issues, perhaps a bad UPS or PDU incorrect voltage, power surges, loose cables etc.

There are several bugs which is about switches, routers and WLC crashing and not leaving any crashinfo files &/or not leave any "reason" for the crash.

I should mention that another stacked switch (which has interconnection with the switch I discribed) went to reboot state exactly after the switch came up.
The crashinfo for that stacked switch is very similar to which I attached before. Last log before restart was an interface up and down

I tried running this today but I got a message the the tool was retired. Do you know if there was an updated tool released?
