Want to connect a UCS-FI-6332 40G port to 4x10g 2208 FEX in chassis. 

40G QSFP+ to 4x10G SFP+ Breakout from Cisco UCS FI "40g port" to 4x10g SFP's at FEX/Chassis. 

Is this supported? Could be configured as a single port port-channel from FI to FEX?

Does not seem that 2208 supports 40Gig. Have a look:
