4948-10GE Switch display unreadable characters while booting

I used to upgrade a 4948-10GE switch IOS with latest IOS from here: https://software.cisco.com/download/home/279636820/type/280805680/release/15.0.2-SG11

But unfortunately, after uploading the new IOS and deleting the old one the switch stuck at boot section and display unreadable text. Check screenshot. 

It's looping the same boot process without stopping. 

How to fix this issue?

Adjust the BAUD rate (of the console port) until the characters are readable.
