6504E with SUP2-2E msfc2

I am running a SUP2 engine with mscfc2 in a 6504E chassie what ios should be running.

For Sup2/MSFC2, you should run 12.2(18)SXF releases, and SXF17a is the latest/last version.

Please be aware, Cisco do not make any more Native IOS images for Sup2/MSFC2 engines.

Per the 6504e datasheet you can't use a sup2/msfc2 in that chassis, it only supports sup32 or sup720.

Thanks for pointing this out. I was looking at Sup2/MSFC2 and completely missed chassis model.

Yes, you are right. 6504E do not support Sup2/MSFC2.
