Anyone know what this error is? Or Which VTT its referring to? I have a pair of VSS 6807-XL with quad Sups - I know that each chassis has 3 VTT modules, i am unsure where the error is pointing to?

%C6KENV-SW1-4-VTTFAILED: VTT 8 failed

%C6KENV-SW2_STBY-4-VTTFAILED: VTT 2 failed

%C6KENV-SW2_STBY-4-VTTFAILED: VTT 8 failed

Switch 1 is the Active, Switch 2 is the Standby

Raise a TAC Case.
One failing is bad. Three reporting in is suspicious.

Hello Lill,

Error message explanation:
======================
%C6KENV-4-VTTFAILED: VTT [dec] failed
This message indicates that the indicated VTT module failed. [dec] is the VTT
number 1, 2, or 3.

Recommended Action: Replace the indicated VTT module and/or the chassis as soon
as possible.

In you case, the messages are also indicating the switch:

%C6KENV-SW1-4-VTTFAILED: VTT 8 failed

%C6KENV-SW2_STBY-4-VTTFAILED: VTT 2 failed

%C6KENV-SW2_STBY-4-VTTFAILED: VTT 8 failed

Now, according to documentation:

"Three replaceable voltage termination (VTT-E) modules, which are rear-serviceable (located behind back-plate) provide reference voltage for bus signals. The supported model number is WS-C6K-VTT-E."

Please check the output of the show environment command since this will indicate which VTT modules are failing and on which switch. The numbering in the logs is not consistent with the number of the module.
