Access-Control list

Hi,

I've a network 192.1.1.2-129. Now I want to write access-control list for that network with minimum number of lines(configuration). what would be that?

I wrote this;

access-control deny      192.1.1.0      0.0.0.1

access-control permit    192.1.1.0      0.0.0.127

access-control permit    192.1.1.128  0.0.0.1

is it OK?
