Anything I should be aware of upgrading a WS-C3560x-48P running 12.2(55)SE5 to 15.0(2)SE11? This will be my first production upgrade, and I would like for it to go as smooth as possible. I already have the new bin file loaded on the switch's flash. Thank you very much for any input.

In addition to what Leo said (read the release notes carefully), make sure you make a good copy of the config before any upgrade. From 12.2(55)SE5 to 15.0(2)SE11 is a big jump so, reload time maybe long (up to 20 minutes). There have been cases where the switch had to be disconnected from the power completely and connect again (cold reboot) for the switch to come back online. So, it maybe a good idea to have someone on site when you are doing this.

as suggested, make sure you upgrade in maintenance window, also take configuration backup out of the box,

as long as it was planned downtime you are good here.

And one more thing, if your product has support, you may want to have TAC on the call while you are doing this.
