I pinged the server from a PC named Mark and after it the ARP went but in the router it stopped and came back and the ping ICMP went and dropped the packet. is it normal ? but when I reset the simulation the console showed 1 packet dropped but others went good. Is it normal and if no how to prevent it? I provided the video with the output below please help.

I am not really sure what your video shows to be honest, but it is normal that the first PING fails. Have a look at the thread below, which explains it:

I dont see any wrong here as @Georg Pauwen mention
First icmp normally drop since the icmp reply not return in specific time (rtt of icmp) and thar due to device use arp to know mac address and this make icmp delay and time to return is longest than rtt and hence icmp is mark as drop.
