ASR-920-12CZ-D router port hang issue after upgrade asr920-universalk9_npe.V169_4_SR688058565_4.SPA.bin

Hello Team,

The inbuild electrical port can not came up after upgrade the new polaris IOS (asr920-universalk9_npe.V169_4_SR688058565_4.SPA.bin), but when insert Electrical SFP and connect the laptop port are came up..Please guide me is there any bug bcz..there is same issue in our 5-6 device...

 - Check the logs when this happens and or in your  case , perhaps, just after boot. Check if you can find any additional info's

Hey,

Now the port has up, after shut no-shut commmand.

but there is common issue, every time if we have connect new equipment on the port,   without shut no-shut its not came up.

and we did not found any logs in router.

 - Make sure this issue is not related to behavior of a particular equipment. And or try another device (type) - check if the problem remains in place or not.
