Auto Qos on a 3650 - viewing stats shows no matches for priority queues

Hi All,

We've enabled AutoQoS on out 3650s and wanted to check that voice is being marked post the implementation, however using the show policy map command is only showing the default class being hit, no the queue AutoQos-4.0-Output-Priority-Queue, should be getting hits on this port, its my desk phone and I have made a few calls on it to test the policy is working as expected.

are there any known issues with this command on a 3650, other posts have suggested this command isn't support on a 3650 and the stats are incorrect, if this is the case what commands can we use to verify we are working?

Thanks

Hi,

Is "auto qos trust dscp" enabled under the interface?

"sh auto qos interface gigabitEthernet 2/0/34" should show you that.

HTH

hi yes we have enabled auto qos srnd4 globally and then auto qos trust on every port too.

each time we run the command the priority queue still has no matches

Also we just run the same command on a 4500-x and we can see matches, is it a platform limitation of the 3650s?

Hi,

This should not be a platform limitation. It maybe a bug in the IOS. You may want to open a ticket with TAC on this.
