How Can I make bandwidth limit on Cisco C2960E Switch.
(C2960X-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.0(2)EX5
I would like to quote on that port Download - 6 Mbps and Upload - 3 Mbps

You can't manage the ingress traffic because after the packet reach the interface it was processed by switch. Anyway it doesn't make sense.

I think the 2960's QoS is similar to a 3750s. If so, you might be able to police port ingress and "shape" port egress.
