@samiafghan405 hello, you can search in google, eBay , amazon if you really need second hand device. but it comes with many disadvantages. you will not have cisco support for any failure and device may be tampered with compromised firmware. cannot guarantee the integrity.

Concern here buying this switch gray market is not an issue - the question is License ?

are you looking to pay good amount of money to just for desktop swithch ?

if you looking to explore advanced features then you need License like Advantage or DNA Advantage if you looking any new features to explore.

Some of the models are going EOL,so most of the big enterprise remove from that network - so Look for local partner can sell you or offer you with License any good price.
