I work with a stackable 3750G switch, I have vlan10, vlan20, vlan30, vlan40, vlan50, with its interface configured, all machines take IP from DHCP, some machines even taking IP is off the network, if I change the mac address, they will work again , another thing that happens, if you change the vlan it works again. I'm finding that certain mac addresses are getting blocked.
I already cleaned the arp and mac tables even so it stays out.
Any suggestion?

Take a look at the DHCP server. Your lease time may not be long enough and that is why you see IPs dropping off the network.

It is not that, in that same vlan, I have several stations working, dhcp is granting for 8 days, I did some tests, if the package does not pass through the Core 3750G I have connection, more if two machines need to communicate have trunk interface for core the communication drops . This within the same vlan, if it is a different vlan that needs to be routed it will not. The interested that I have 70 stations per vlan, all communicate, one or the other that gives this problem.
