Using Cisco Prime to upgrade C2960X switches. One of several switches failed when upgrade from 15.2(2)E7 to 15.2(7)E5.
Distributing image using TFTP was successful, but Device reboot failed. "Device not up after waiting for MAXTIMEOUT".
Connecting a console cable and plug in power never show a switch prompt. Also tried factory reset with the same result. No prompt is shown. It stops after last line in the console output below. Then after 10 min, the fan start to spin and never stop.
Any tip on how to proceed?
Output from Console:

PI did NOT upgrade this because the switch is booting from the BIN file found in the root directory.
Go to the Device Coverage Checker and enter the serial number of the appliance. If the switch is legitimate, raise a TAC Case and organize for the switch to be RMAed.

May be try if you have lower verison IOS, try if you able to get on to ROMMON, if not as suggested TAC for RMA

Thanks for replies! Our serviceprovider will have a look and if necessary raise a TAC for RMA.
