Boot failure

Hi Folks,

I tried to Upgrade my Cisco Cat 3850 from 03.02.03.SE to 16.12.07, and I used this command (Software install file usbflash0:) then the switch asked to reload, I reload it and I stacked here the switch rebooting  it self until it freeze. 

I tried Ctrl+C, powre off while pressing Mode, I couldn't go to ROMMON Mode.

is the switch before upgrade, in bundle mode or install mode ?

have you used command as below (check last - new force ?)

Switch# software install file flash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.01.SPA.bin new force

Turn off the device completly and wait for 5min and and try power on  get on to ROMMON.

I followed the instruction and I turned off the switch completely, but the same issue rebooting it self.

thats is not complete log, is this switch part of stack ? or single switch ? (if this part of stack, how is other switches working ?)
