We recently began upgrading our High School network with Cisco 2960x switches. Immediately after the installation of the first switch in our MDF, our Bosch DVR camera systems started freezing in video playback. You can see the bandwidth reading of approximately 1MB which plays for approximately 20 seconds, then the video freezes and the bandwith slowly drops to zero. About 5 seconds later, the video resets and again climbs to 1MB and repeats. This is happening to 5 separate video recorders connected to five separate ports with static IP. The Bosch camera DVRs are located on an entirely separate floor of the school, and the combined network traffic is routed to the MDF via fiber. At first there was a mixture of Cisco and another brand of switches, but in troubleshooting I setup a direct and separate DVR path using another cisco switch, an independant fiber run, and patched directly into the SFP port on the first cisco switch. The problem remains.
I have turned off errdisable with no effect.
Does anybody have any suggestions as to what is happening?
Thanks...

I think I found the answer to my own problem. It is the result of IP Device Tracking enabled causing the duplicate IP network error to the Bosch DVR systems. I am going to roll back my 2960x switches to 15.0 and run with the IP tracking disabled by default. Hopefully that will cure the problem.
My practice is never perform upgrades, but this time I made a mistake and went to 15.2.2. Never again! I lost and entire week of work and 10 years off my life. Just because another bell and whistle.

Can you verify that disabling IP Device Tracking worked? I tried it and it didn't work for me so I'm trying to find other possible solutions.
Thank you!
