BPDU issue

using SG 300 switch getting very frequent access port error disabled due to the BPDU

yes user connecting there his windows laptop.

Scan their system must be having some software so that flooding happens.

he is using Wireshark and some other software for testing purposes.

okay !! then disable PBDU or uninstall software that is creating flooding.
