C1000-8FP-2G-L sys led red

Hi everyone,

I have a C1000-8FP-2G-L where almost once a week the sys led starts showing red led. 

While reading the data sheet i found that red sys led means this "The switch failed ACT 2 verification. The configuration running on the switch is not compatible with the running software. Switch is not functioning properly. "

I cannot understand why it is happening, switch version is 15.2(7)E4. Reloading the switch helps for some days/weeks, but after some time the situation ends up being the same. 

Can anyone helps?

Contact Cisco TAC and organize for an RMA. 

The ACT2/I2C chip has failed.  This is a known issue.
