C1000 Blank Web UI

I'm working with a C1000 that is functioning as normal, but the webUI has disappeared after an update. I've tried issuing an "archive download-sw /overwrite tftp://TFTP_SERVER_IP_ADDRESS/IOS_filename.TAR" to multiple versions of the software, but I consistently just get a white page.

What is the best way to start over from scratch? I imagine this is some kind of boot variable that is incorrectly configured or similar. factory-reset is not an option on the c1000.

Show run for http lines

ip http server
ip http banner
ip http secure-server

Right now I do get a very brief loading animation popover, and the switch is serving a page, that page is just blank visually.

What is the easiest way to start from scratch on this switch? You can see in my dir listing there are multiple versions of software, I'd rather just nuke the entire flash filesystem and start over. Is there any downside to that?

If you like to go that route you can most welcome, if outage not an issue.

i would clear the cache in the browser and try again.

Yeah this is still on the bench getting ready for install so erasing all of flash is fine.

I solved it... it was the ip http banner. Removing that config line brought it back to function as normal.

If there is no path defined for the banner is that what causes this?

Glad it work, yes you need to mention banner path - as you told before it was worked, so i was ingore that option.
