we have a c2951 isr that has been crashing. It crashed multiple times some months ago and ios was upgraded. it is now crashing again for hardware reasons. Is a 3825 more stable. are considering swapping out to this model, instead of 2951. Is it worth doing that.
Both devices are perfectly stable and used worlwide without any problem. If you have a fault unit Cisco will replace provided you have an active support contract.
However the 3825 is now discontinued and EoS, the 2951 is still current.
