Post the complete output to the command "sh switch detail".

Take the switch out of the equation and directly connect this same machine to the router, what is the result of the speedtest?

1000M direct on router , without switch .   should i set  port-channel   with 5 ports uplink to router?

What kind of machine was used to test this?

Can we see the screenshot of the result which shows up as 1 Gbps?

PC  with windows 10 ,

Wut?

What is the model of this router?

What is the CPU of the PC?

What is the model of the HDD in this PC?

There is no way a simple PC can process 1 Gbps of traffic much alone "speed test".

Try this test:  Disable all the downstream ports of the stack of 2960X except one.  Plug this PC back in and re-do the "speed test" .  What is the result?

OK, deny the other downstream  and retry the test later

What is the make and model of the router?
