c3560G flash is broken, which chipset is the flash on mainboard

i have a switch, ws-c3560G-48ps-s, the flash is broken, i cannot upload the IOS error, i want to replace the flash on mainboard, who can tell me which chipset is the flash chipset.

Hi

 I think you are going to far. Why dont you try do factory default it first?

First you need to power down the switch. Once the switch is powered off, hold down the mode button, and power the switch on.

 

Try this more then once if necessary.

thanks for reply. i have reset to factory. there are some bad sector in flash. i cannot format and upload ios to flash.

I am pretty sure the flash chips are the two fairly large rectangular shaped items soldered to the motherboard, with the wires coming out of the long sides.

Thanks for reply. you are correct, the flash size of Cisco 3560G is 32M.   i am going to find another broken switch to replace the chipset.
