Hello all. I needed release notes for this particular IOS cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.03s.SPA.bin and could only find the link below. We need this ios to work with SDA is this link correct or can someone  point me somewhere else please?

May it was development relase to fix some bugs, you have now new relase which may have covered those bug fix.(16.12.4)

3650/3850 is not ideal for SD-Access.
Look at it this way, Cisco killed Converged Access on the 3650/3850 platform because it of "hardware engineering bugs", aka the platform was "under-designed".
SD Access will just kill it.
