Post the complete output to the following commands

  1. sh log on switch 1 up det
  2. sh switch detail

I suspect the crash is due to FN - 72323 - Cisco IOS XE Software: QuoVadis Root CA 2 Decommission Might Affect Smart Licensing, Smart Call Home, and Other Functionality.

The following is the information output from the two commands you provided  Please help me further analyze the problem, if you can
I've looked at your reply, which looks like a problem with the system version, and I haven't had time to update it.
I think I can update my credentials to try and fix the problem.
Thank you for your help

2 years, 24 weeks uptime before the crash on 11 January 2023.

I am certain the crash is due to the expired Quo Vadis certificate.

Update the firmware to 16.12.8 or apply the workaround mentioned in the Field Notice.
