C4K Parity error message

My customer's Backbone switch shows a log message as following :

Apr  1 14:30:57.041: %C4K_L3HWFORWARDING-4-PROFILEIDMAPTABLEPARITYERROR: Parity error detected and corrected at profileIdMapTable index: 733

What could be the root cause and the workaround with this message??

Are you seeing it repeating?

if parity errors are seen only once or rarely  most of the time it is safe to ignore.

However if it repeats it need to take a look.
