C9200L blocks

i have a problem with c9200L stack,

Sometimes a port is blocked randomlly for one user and not for others, sometimes a hole vlan is blocked.

What i do is unblug the user and put the same configuration in another port or just make default configuration in the same port and reconfigure it with same config, or i shutdown the hole stack( taking off the alimentation).

I upgraded the version to the latest and it didn't resolve the problem, the ip phones gives the tftp problem.

@dfezfd05

when port is blocks, check the reason for blocking.

1. check interface using #sh interface gi0/x and find the reason for blocking (err-disables)

2. check logs to understand why port/vlan is getting blocked

Please rate this and mark as solution/answer, if this resolved your issue
Good luck

When this happens again, post the complete output to the command "sh interface status err".

what version did you upgrade to? what is the configuration of the access port ?

Sometimes a port is blocked randomly for one user and not for others, sometimes a hole vlan is blocked.  - BLOCK means, is the port go error disabled ? what reason ? if the whole VLAN - then I suspect some STP issue here ?
