Hi,
I would like to upgrade my current C9200L Switch stack from 16.09.03 to 16.09.05 version. When visiting software download page in Cisco, it mentions that the cat9k_lite_iosxe.16.09.05.SPA.bin, requires DRAM:2048 and Flash:4096. Although, when I issue the below commands to my switch stack:
C9200L_Stack#sh flash: | i bytes
1156882432 bytes available (700555264 bytes used)
C9200L_Stack#Sh version | i (ARM64)
cisco C9200L-48P-4X (ARM64) processor with 519464K/3071K bytes of memory.
From the above commands I understand that:
I have ~1.9GB Flash available from which ~1.1GB is Free
and I have approximately ~522MB of DRAM available.
but requirements from Cisco are higher: DRAM:2048 and Flash:4096
Please for your advice in order to proceed with the aforementioned software upgrade. Do I have insufficient space of Flash and DRAM to proceed with the above upgrade and how to solve this ?

My device model is C9200L-48P-4X. According to your 1st link this goes along with DRAM of 2GB & Flash of 4GB. However, I cannot verify it through the commands I mentioned

I see. Any specific command to verify it ? "dir system:" does not show the memory size for dram. I get "No space information available".
The only reason I insist is to verify that this upgrade can work in a production environment with no unexpected issues.

you can go ahead and upgrade as per the document, you will be fine.,
make sure you do in maintenance window, since it required to reboo the switch (is this stack or standalone) - so follow the document based on the setuip.
