C9300-NM-4M module to 10Gig connection don't work properly

Hello,

We connected two C9300 switches using Cat6a cable one has c9300-NM-4M Mgig module and another one is using 10 Gig Uplink however ports didn't up. when we try to connect switches between Mgig module and 1 Gig Ethernet port, It works fine.

Does anyone know why the connection between the module to 10 Gig uplink doesn't work properly?

Switch Version : 17.05.01

Module : c9300-nm-4m

Switch Model c9300-48t-e

Thanks

Sorry for confusion.

- connecting both side with c9300-NM-4M module

-and there is no configuration on switches.

by default ports may be in shutdown mode (admin shutdown)

can you post from both the side

show interface ten 1/1/1 (what ever interface you connecting)
